Swimfeeders are containers of various sizes that can be filled with groundbait or particles.Plastic open end swimfeeder is the most common and there are blocked end feeders for feeding maggots. Most swimfeeders have a weight attached of some sort, so they can be cast distances, sink to the bottom and hold in place on the river bed and not be disturbed by any currents or flows. The general idea is that you cast accurately to the same spot again and again to form a “catching areaâ€.
