There are three main types of worms used for coarse fishing.
Redworms are small red lively worms. They make a killer hookbait for most species especially when teamed with a nice plump caster.
Brandlings are bigger with a strong odour when broken. They are recognised by the striping along their bodies.
Lobworms are large active 'garden' worms they make a great bait when coppped and added to your groundbait
