Fishmeal Paste is most often made from 3-6mm fishmeal pellets, it is better to make paste from 3 mm pellets than 6mm pellets because they grind up better in the blender, grind up the fishmeal pellets in a blender as I thinks the mizx is more even. Any fishmeal pellets can be used and normally I just add hot water and knead into a paste. I will also blend some pellets to make both the paste powder and some ground bait to feed.

Prebait Tip: If you are loose feeding small pellets feed a bit away from where you are fishing as the noise of the pellets will attract the carp and if you fish with the paste over it you will be plagued with line bites and missed bites.
